I really enjoyed the Dragon Aster trilogy from S, J. Wist. The author does a great job introducing the reader into the fantastical and complex realm of Aster. Aster is a world that is linked to earth but filled with a wide variety of creatures, some that transform into dragon forms and others that have other forms. This world is in turmoil and there is a prophecy that a Fay would come to save them. I recommend becoming familial with the glossary terms to help you understand this new world but on

There were like, 3 giveaways for this that I didn't win. Well. Rotten luck, I guess! Honestly, this book looks really good, and I've been dying to read it. But I don't know where I can get it!

This was... very poorly written. Was it even edited? There were spelling mistakes all over the place, and huge grammatical errors. The format was inconsistent -- sometimes the psi conversations were in quotations, sometimes they weren't.

I can't strain how much I enjoyed this book. The literary geek within me was in amazement from the author's graceful words and phrases that made this fantasy a cut above the rest. This entire trilogy left me trapped within a whirlwind of dream, with romance, action, and an extensive blend of new creatures as well as some from mythology. Certainly one of the more fresh and mature novels that I have read in a long time.

First I have to say read the dictionary of terms. I won the first book and wanted to like it so much that I went ahead and purchased the sequels. I wanted to like it so much I actually went back and read most of the first book again because I was SO confused. Story line does have its moments and is certainly readable enough with lots of adventure but ths size book normally takes me 3-4 days to read and this one took 2 weeks. Good Try though.
