At the mention of reading a history book, I frown. It's another paper-bound full of letters and numbers, cohesive: yes, interesting: no. I prefer to direct my attention to reading conspiracy theories, because that's the juicy part of history.

But then, I'm only ever pulled into the non-fictional, slightly autobiographical type of literature, which is history -- re-written. Because this is where historians make the boring and uninteresting into a day or two of endless consumption of truth. Because
