plus: sexy times

minus: the plot twist is.......eh. and it feels like this story ends abruptly. also, i wish they finished the project, like i'm really curious about how it'd turn out.

Oh, damn. Conned is super hot! And it has the amazing combination of sex and science! Tucker Lamb is a science professor, while Cricket Malloy teaches Human Sexuality. One day, the noise from her class disrupts Tuck's lecture and gives him a bright idea: joint projects about the connection between science and sex. It'll be a learning experience for the students, and it'll allow him to get to know Cricket better. The two professors decide to work on their own project involving aphrodisiacs. Tu

Tucker Lamb is a science professor who meets Cricket Malloy, a professor of human sexuality. They both work at the same university. Tucker has a big secret and leads a very quiet life to maintain that secret. However, he is very attracted to Cricket and decides to ask her to work on a project together. Cricket accepts and that is the basis of the story. OK, I really wanted to like this novella a lot more. I never really got into either character. I felt Tucker was try

Phew--this one had some steamy, steamy scenes! Their initial experiment was geekily sexy--and a whole lot of fun. Don't even get me started on the dare...whoa. :) I especially loved the character of Tuck; it was a bit harder to really connect with Cricket, but overall I enjoyed reading both of their perspectives here. My only real complaint is that this really could (and should) be expended into a longer book--I'd love to see their research continue, for one, but also Tuck's backstory really des ...more

As a fan of Christine Bell's work I was excited to get my hands on this novella by her alter ego. And it totally lived up to the standard of work I am used to reading by Ms Bell.

Tucker Lamb is a reformed bad boy but as any one knows you can never truly make a bad boy good. Cricket Malloy loves herself a bad boy but she sure isn't expecting the buttoned up science teacher to fall into that category. So she is completely surprised and thrown for a loop when he's not at all what she expected.

This was a HOT, HOT, HOT! For the number of pages I can clearly say this one burned my kindle. Cricket was a super fun girl and the best part, she’s not afraid of sharing a great night with someone. I really liked the way these two acted as grown up and decided their sexual life without embarrassment and drama, plus their test made everything more fun. Tucker for me started a little slow, but he grew in this book and there’s another story that was a bit excessive for me and strange, so the reaso ...more

This is a really sexy and cute read that features a human sexuality professor and a buttoned-up science teacher. The characters are so well described that they seem real. I loved the hero Tucker Lamb and his little secret. The tension between the heroine, Cricket Malloy and hero, Tucker is awesome. The writing is great, hot and an easy read. The little twist with Tucker being placed in the witness protection program is great. As mentioned, this is a great read.

I received this book in an exchange for an honest review.

This was a very quick hot and spicy read. I loved the chemistry between Cricket and Tucker. It was interesting to see their reactions to their tests and how they became the opposites of their normal behavior. The little twist towards the end threw me for a second but I liked the way it helped solidify their feelings and realizations. Wished it would have been a little longer though.

Conned was a surprise for me. I didnt expect it to be so....ummm....HOT! It was a great story with a big twist there at the end and I loved it! You know what they say about the quiet guys? Well that apparently holds true with Tucker Lamb! He and the herione Cricket Malloy have some major chemistry going in this book. My only complaint was I wish it had been longer. ;)

So it was enjoyable... till the end. Then it just seemed... I don't know the whole plot twist just didn't seem that... right. I think it was due to the short nature of the story.

All in all though it was enjoyable.

I liked both the characters.

The smexy times was enjoyable.

Quick easy read

This book was a little different than books I have read. I enjoyed both characters and the manner in which they came together. However I felt like the ending was too quick. I didn't get enough emotion from them.
