Worst book of vanity filled fluff I have read in a while. She lost me when she said seeing a patient with chipped nail polish made her think they should get their priorities straight. Is this book for Real Housewives or real women?

I loved the fact that more doctors are embracing the diet and holistic approach in treating their patients.
I did like some parts where she shares home made recipes but I have seen better home made skin recipe book. I do welcome more doctors taking the psychosomatic root to treating diseases and for this I commend the author.

But i was disappointed as I expected more holistic ideas and treatment especially if your books title allude towards natural approach.
The correct title -- Forget the face lift- go for botox.....

Don’t want to give this a star rating because I have very mixed feelings. A lot of good advice for skin health as well as general health, but the message that looking old is unacceptable makes me frown (which Dr. Day would probably tell me off for, hah).
