I wasn't sure if I should buy this new book of Dr Levy's as I had only read his book Curing the Incurable: Vitamin C, Infectious Diseases, and Toxins fairly recently. But I am so glad I did.

This book is not just an updated edition of this previous book, but a new book on vitamin C by this author in its own right. It is easily the best book on vitamin C there is, bar none.

Well worth reading, well worth buying your own copy to share with family and friends. Bits and pieces of fact learned over many years come screaming together, where was this information in 1999? Fascinating information, well presented, on the ability of high dose Vitamin C to address many of the health concerns we may encounter as we proceed thru life. Wow! Something safe, simple, economical and effective. Almost too good to be true and too good not to try.

Interesting take on the importance of vitamin c, especially liposomal vitamin c. Interesting take on the dangers of root canals.

I bought this book as I am reading pretty much everything that is out there on vitamin C, and I know the author is a major proponent of this natural supplement (to not say 'cure') for many things.

I enjoyed reading the book, however I really didn't find anything new that I haven't already read in other authoritative books. Primal Panacea is a great overview of how vitamin C helps with lots of health issues, along with showing research about the benefits of vit. C.

Now granted, I could have gotten

“Comparing the bioavailability of all other oral vitamin C delivery with your oral liposomal delivery is like comparing a squirt gun to a fire hose. Not only am I convinced that the efficacy of Lypo-Spheric(tm) Vitamin C far surpasses any traditional oral vitamin C supplement, but my recent personal experience with it suggests that it may sometimes be better than IV injection.” 1 likes
“Man's body was designed to function best with high blood and cellular levels of vitamin C - synthesised as needed by the liver. Due to an inborn error of metabolism, the vast majority of us no longer have the ability to make it, but that does not lessen our need for vitamin C or the benefits derived form it.” 1 likes
