Jack Gordon is Ann Arbor's most delectable bachelor. He’s made millions as a top-selling real estate broker. His rugged good lucks and over-the-top personality helped him build a virtual black book most men would kill for. Having been burned once however, he’s sworn off anything resembling an emotional connection with any woman. But an undercurrent of dissatisfaction runs ...more

I did like this one but I see there is another one in the pipeline. Why not leave them with their HEA. I think it was Rosalinda who said if they have their HEA, she will not read a follow-up. Not going to bother I think.

Instead of reading Floor Time, I decided to listen to it on audible. The narrator was good. It wasn't a bad book- but it wasn't great for me either. Just one of those 'okay' reads. This is part of a three book series, but in my opinion, it could have ended nicely at the end of this book with a sweet epilogue. I didn't dislike the heroine or hero (even though he made some dumb ass choices), but I just didn't feel that connection to the characters or the story.

Everything about this book was a unique and interesting experience for me. For one, I’ve never read a story about real estate. And two, the hero is a piece of work and a bit of a jerk for most of the book. Normally, those types of males do not appeal to me, but in this case Jack wore me down and I ultimately caved to his charm, and by the end of the book I truly felt he did love Sara but just had some growing up to do to learn how to deal with his feelings.

In Floor Time we have the foundation of the relationship between Jack and Sara, we learn about who they are and what made them that way We learn that Jack is pretty much a man whore and Sara is more concerned about building her career than relationships. Sounds like a volatile coupling and is sure is, the chemistry and the sparks fly.
We also meet the other characters that will play an important roll in the relationship as well, from the new Realtor who looks like a surf god to Sara's brother and

To say that I was completely & totally thrilled to get my hands on a copy of this book would be an understatement. Over the past few weeks, I have devoured everything that Liz has written and loved every bit of it. Floor Time is no exception to that and in fact, is my favorite book to date! Liz does a phenomenal job of combining exceptionally written characters with such authentic & real story lines, that you can’t help but get sucked in!

I'm not completely sure how I came across this book... I know it was on Goodreads, but I can't remember exactly where I saw in since none of the people I am friends with have read it. Anyhow, I read other reader's reviews about the book before I bought it & some compare it to Fifty Shades of Grey. I have only read book 1, so I can't speak with a completely educated tongue as to my feelings about that comparison; however, I will say that so far, I do not see how they compare except for the BD ...more

The book was awful.I wasted hours on this book for nothing.I should have stopped at page 40 when I realized it was boring.I felt the author made circles.Jack and Sara could have a solid relationship long before they did.And when I finished it I saw an expect from the second book. And the main characters are Jack and Sara again. Pretty much everything happened in this one. Almost rapes, misunderstandings, client stealing, heartache and much more that made me say no more.

The first book in what I'm starting to see is a very popular series among fans, Floor Time by Liz Crowe promises a real love story, complete with conflict, erotic love scenes and a true to life "ending." It's not the first time a book has promised to deliver on a certain level, sometimes they do deliver, but for the most part, they don't deliver on all the promised aspects.

Not to fear readers, Floor Time DOES deliver on its promises. This is only the se

Floor Time, the first in the Stewart Realtors series came highly recommended. This erotic romance has a lot going for it, it is sexy, has light BDSM, romance, conflict, and a realistic story line. I also really enjoyed seeing the successful business woman as the sub. She isn't broken, she has no major past issues (nor does he, though he thinks he does) and they are both stubborn idiots! LOL

Floor Time is book one in the Stewart Realty series by Liz Crowe.

This first installment of the Stewart Realty series introduces us to Jack Gordon and Sara Thornton, both realtors in the premier Stewart Realty Agency. Jack is the golden boy of Stewart Realty, while Sara is a promising new addition to the Stewart family. Still reeling from a hook-up with a co-worker who she later finds out is engaged, Sara swears off relationships, especially with anyone she works with, and she’s determined to fo

Floor Time, Hot Time, Bed Time, More Time. What we have here is a very up and down relationship between a sexy, arrogant but somewhat tortured Alpha male, Jack and the extremely, beautiful, independent woman, Sara who gets under his skin in every which way. They are both in the real estate business and are very good at what they do with their clients as well as with each other!! I had really been looking forward to reading Liz Crowe's Realtor's series as I had heard so many great things about it. Both the series and the author were completely new to me. The only problem with being told how fantastic a series is, is that you usually set your expectations too high and are then consequently disappointed as it does not live up to them... Luckily, this was not the case with this book. I literally could not put it down! It has you feeling excited, anxious, frustrated, and ext ...more

I had never read a book by Liz Crowe but what an amazing job she did with her realtor series! If you haven't read one yet you need to asap. The emotional roller coaster is a wild ride for sure. The dynamic between Jack and Sara are real life and realistic enough that you can put yourself in their shoes. Between the hatred, then lust to hatred again, and never being able to get the other person out of your head is one thing that really happens when you are in a relationship. The fact that Jack is ...more

There was a lot of steamy scenes in this book....but I just could not connect with the characters. Maybe because I was thinking of a different "Jack" while reading. ;) Also, I pretty much couldn't stand Sara. ACT LIKE AN ADULT--SAY NO FOR CRYIN' OUT LOUD! Do you really think Jack is going to change his womanizing ways?! You are a smart woman. So, no I do not feel sorry for you when Jack breaks your heart for the 3rd, 4th, and 5th time. UGH! MAKE UP YOUR MIND ALREADY. Sheesh

I hate giving 1-2 star
A very entertaining read for me, a storyline different from the norm as well. Who would have ever thought real estate could be so sexy?!?!? No doubt I will be reading the rest of this series!

Crowe - Floor time

Floor Time is a book by an author I really like. I hadn’t read any of her books before but we manage to connect via Facebook and she’s just such a genuinely nice person, I was excited and nervous to read some of her work. Why excited and nervous? Well, I’m always excited to read new work, but also nervous because I was warned there’s a bit of BDSM in Floor Time and that’s just not my thing. In all, it wasn’t exactly my kind of book, but it was still an enjoyable read.

When you are a successful, female, realtor you meet and work with a lot of men. Sara Thornton is this woman, the woman who has a great career, a nice place to call her own, friends, and a great attitude. So what is she missing? Well a man of course, a man to have a relationship with and maybe even try to love. Problem is, Sara is not very good at picking out this man. The one she thought was worthy of her love and attention turned out to be engaged and buyi

I've never read one of Liz Crowe's books before, but having finished this one, I'm very glad the next two in the trilogy are sitting on my Kindle waiting to be devoured!

Having recently been lucky enough to read Liz Crowe’s new soon-to-be released novel Paradise Hops (which I loved!), I decided to check out some of her other novels. I started Floor Time, the first novel in the Stewart Realty series, and I have to tell you that I have absolutely LOVED every page of this novel! I couldn’t put it down!! I downloaded the next two novels in the series right after I finished Floor Time, as I knew I had to have more of this series ☺

The whole story starts HOT when Sara and her boyfriend Adam are almost caught having sex in an apartment by her co-worker, Jack.
Later Sara discovers that Adam was engaged, wedding marked, and while he fucked her, his bride was traveling.
Devastated by this revelation, Sara decides to focus on her work life and stay away from men who only want to use women.

One of these men was Jack Gordon. Gorgeous, rich and successful, Jack was the kind of man that all women sighed. Exactly why Sara kept away fro

Jack Gordon, thirty-five and a millionaire, is Ann Arbor’s most eligible and hottest bachelor. He’s also the top selling real-estate broker in the area. He does have one flaw—a past as a Dom—which he wants to keep buried as far in the closet as he can so no one ever finds out. Even if he is bored with vanilla sex relationships, he just can’t afford the risk.

Sara Thornton is new to the real-estate game, but is on the fast track to success. Sara likes order and routine; she’s sexually unfulfilled

Jack Gordon is sex on legs! His winning smile, his affable demeanor, gorgeous body *swoon*, and from what everyone says ( he has been around the block a few times) he is the best lover that any woman has ever had... but could not keep.

Under that exterior, you know there is more and in this story we get to see just how scared he is of being alone and of making a commitment and being hurt. You see, he has been there before and does not want to ever experience that sense of loss again.

I'm struggling with a review on this book. I actually rate it somewhere between 2.5 to 2.75 stars but I'm rounding up to 3 to be generous.

This story is being compared to Fifty Shades but those comparisons are woefully lacking.

In Fifty Shades, Christian Grey was an deeply, emotionally scarred young man where Jack Gordon is a man-whore...he nailed anything walking. He was a constant flirt and his salacious behavior became irritating after a while. I honestly didn't care for him that much. Perhaps

Floor Time is where it all started. I had come across this book a few times before I realized that there was a reason everyone was talking about it. So I checked it out....and am so glad that I did. There's nothing wrong with this book. It's very well written, it has nice character and plot development, very, but not overly descriptive...I just didn't connect with it. There's no reason why I didn't, I just didn't. I wanted to love it. I liked the idea that it's the beginning of a story that will be followed for 5 more books, but I just couldn't get into it. Maybe I'll attempt a re read at some point and then move on the the rest of the series.
Emotional roller coaster between Sara and Jake. Loved the intense feelings they had for each other. Did get annoyed with Sara a few times and didn't like her leading on Craig.

Book 1 of the Stewart Reality series wasn’t the first Liz Crowe book I read. I typically (for me) picked up book 4 and knew as I was wiping my tears and soothing my soul that this was an author I connected with. So as it is always best to start at the beginning, I did. Without doubt this started my love for both this author’s work and particularly this series and its characters.

So I have already mentioned I have always loved this series, but when

Wow, as an introduction to a new series, this one certainly leaves a lasting impression! The world of realty has never seemed so sexy, or emotionally complicated. And this is only the beginning.

Sara Thornton can't catch a break when it comes to romance. After discovering her lover engaged to someone else, she swears off men but fights for over a year her attraction to the very sexy Jack Gordon. Even knowing that he's a player, the connection between them can't be denied. In every other aspect of
