Beer Batter chicken rolls

I made this yesterday and it was yummy. Jim said the potato salad and mixed salad on the side were perfect with this.

I really enjoy these oversized Good Housekeeping books - they offer a variety of how to photos with almost every recipe. The recipes are simple with the majority of them needing every day pantry staples. The recipes always turn out delicious. This one has a note on it now saying delicious - meaning, make again.

I look forward to the next recipe I try from this large book
