Wonderful addition to our beginner readers shelf. A fun and unusual story that was a little different than what my 5 yr old was used to reading and so it was a new experience for him. Also a solid level 3 reading book, so it's great practice for those starting to read on their own. Glad I picked this one up for .50 cents at a library sale! I can see us reading it again!

Little Critter gets a new tree house; little sister wants to play with him but she tells him she's too little. He goes in search of a friend; but all his friends are busy so he comes back and invites his sister to play after all. And to his surprise they end up having lots of fun.
