Born to a Las Vegas showgirl, fashion designer Faith Fitzgerald's childhood was not easy, until her father found her and whisked her off to L.A. to join his wealthy family. The rejection by some of her family members hurt, but Faith has moved on. Or so she thinks. She works hard and never lets her guard down, until the day she discovers that someone stole and sold her designs to her competitor and former mentor. To catch the thief and salvage her collection for Fall Fashion Week, Faith turns to her ex-lover, a man who works under the radar and gets results fast. The problem is she has not seen him since she dumped him so unceremoniously.
He's laid-back and spontaneous...
When former-FBI-agent-turned-security-consultant Kenneth 'Ken' Lambert receives a call from Faith asking for his services, he sees a chance to payback the gorgeous designer for the way she used him then walked out on him. But then he learns that she is being victimized by a man whose idea of love is both dangerous and toxic, Ken pushes aside his personal agenda and agrees to help her.
As their investigation progresses, Ken discovers that Faith's calm exterior hides a woman of character and strength, a woman on the verge of falling apart. Can he help her find the answers she seeks or will she accept his offer instead-acceptance, unconditional love and support?
I write sensual Paranormal and contemporary romance. When not writing, I read. When not reading, I hang out with my family. When not with my family, I'm plotting and writing....it's a vicious cycle.

OH MY!!
I have to say Ednah has done it once again!! Passion that will singe your eyelashes, make your toes curl and leave you sheepishly grinning - .** waggles eyebrows ** and of course an intriguing storyline that will pique your interest and having you reading into the early hours.
Kenneth and Faith have electricity, a magnetic forces that just draws them to each other. Faith never denied that Kenneth was everything she ever wanted – but the time and place was just not right... Her night with him she never truly forgot!! ** sigh ** seeing him again brings back that night where it all began, is Faith able to keep the investigation work related! Or will Kenneth show her what she has been missing the whole time ** sheepishly grinning here **** he is definelty one hotty !!
Ednah has put forth all her descriptions and emotions perfectly creating a vat where the reader will be in a frenzy just to get from each page to the next. A wonderfully written storyline, that blends perfectly throughout with each chapter gliding from one to the next. The romance between Kenneth and Faith was absolutely delicious. There was no overwhelming amount of sensuality. (( not that I mind lol )) Instead, the delicious bedroom scenes and sexy action was very well balanced. The law enforcement aspect and the mystery involved in the story well placed.
If you can call it a *Perfect concoction.
Twists and turns are thrown in, romance , and While the love scenes and sensuality certainly took a place it was smexy and entertaining I was very happy that the action and suspense in Dangerous Love was certainly interesting and intriguing. The love scenes were wonderfully hot, with just the right amount of emotional angst blended in. I had to wander if she was ever going to show Kenneth some lovin !! lol..
I enjoyed all the characters Ednah has put forth, characters from previous books and new ones added, all placed well in the book giving them purpose. This can be read as a standalone, but I would certainly recommended that you read from book one so you know whom the characters are and a little about their background. Not necessary – just a recommendation!
Overall, as I’ve said throughout a wonderfully blended story line for the romantic at hearts who enjoy a sensual romance with that suspense that will keep you intrigued from page one right till the very end! Dangerously Delightful !!

I liked the fourth book in the Fitzgerald Family series very much! Not mysterious as the first two, but with more action than the third one. Also, it’s Faith’s story and I wanted to read hers since her first appearance in the series.
So, Faith is a fashion designer and she’s trying to succeed with her own powers. When she realized that her ex boyfriend was stealing her designs she contacts Ken, a security consultant and the man with whom she had a passionate night a year before. Together they’re trying to find the evidence they need and at the same time Ken discovers the true Faith and knows that he would do anything not only to help her but to have her in his life forever.
I liked Faith a lot. She’s a woman who wants to succeed because she’s worth it. She works hard and she doesn’t give up easily. She lived all her life with a burden. She thought that some of her relatives were thinking that she’s not her father’s daughter. She’s working to prove these people wrong. But the truth is that all her cousins, uncles and aunts love her and they were always by their side even if in one case that seemed impossible.
Ken is a great man. He would do anything for Faith because he wants her more than anything. He’s a man true to his word and I respect him for that. Smart and protective, he is by her side for everything she needs.
With a very good plot, this book is a very nice read and I enjoyed it very much! I recommend it to all the fans of this genre!
I'm really excited to share my review of Dangerous Love with you today! I love this series. No matter what is going on in my life, sitting down with one of Ednah's books is like an instant vacation. They have enough mystery to keep you on the edge of your seat, plenty of romance and a huge family of interesting characters. This series has been a great find. Here's the Goodreads blurb for Dangerous Love:
She has her emotions on a tight leash…
Born to a Las Vegas showgirl, fashion designer Faith Fitzgerald’s childhood was not easy, until her father found her and whisked her off to L.A. to join his wealthy family.
The rejection by some of her family members hurt, but Faith has moved on. Or so she thinks. As their investigation progresses, Ken discovers that Faith’s calm exterior hides a woman of character and strength, a woman on the verge of falling apart. Can he help her find the answers she seeks or will she accept his offer instead—acceptance, unconditional love and support? What a great read! Ken and Faith were a joy to watch together. They compliment each other so well but are so strong in character themselves. It was fun to watch these two work together. Ken and Faith also demonstrated how you can have different experiences growing up but still find yourself at odds with your family in the end. They had to not only solve a mystery in this book but they each had to come to an understand with their respective families. I also appreciated that Faith is a designer who designs for all women- even those who do not fit the industry's standard of beauty. LOVE THAT! I think every new member of the Fitzgerald family that we meet is just as lovely and interesting as the last!
Dangerous Love earns 5 Fairies for being a fun filled and thrilling read!!
I absolutely love this series. I read this in less than a day I loved it that much. Ms. Walters never disappoints! :)
Faith is dumbfounded when she finds out her designs are being stolen and sold to her old mentor. Panicked that she may not have anything to show for fashion week, she reaches out to her former lover, Kenneth 'Ken' Lambert. He's the one person she knows who she can trust to get her out of this mess.
Stunned that Faith would call him after the way she dumped him asking him for a favor, he decides that it is the perfect opportunity to pay her back for the way she hurt him. Problem is upon meeting up with her, he sees how devastated she is and can't find it in him to hurt her. In fact, he finds himself agreeing to help her.
Through everything, they discover more about each other that ultimately brings them closer. Sparks fly and bodies mingle which add to the lovely story. :)
"Dangerous Love" is book four in the Fitzgerald's Series. I will have to admit I was swooning over Baron in "Kiss Me Crazy", but Ednah Walters took it to the next level in “Dangerous Love“. This is Faith’s story. On the night of Ashley and Ron's wedding, Faith manages to have a passionate roll in bed with Ken, then she up and left without him knowing. Bring in present day and a revelation that one of her patrons brought forth that someone stole her design after seeing it on another person. Not only that, it was her EX-Jerk of a boyfriend who stole her designs before. So what’s a girl to do when she doesn't want to bring her family into the mix? Go to sexy hot, Mr. One Night Stand himself, Ken, for help. Ken takes it on, but this time he is playing for keeps with Faith's passionate side. He wants it all, even if it means breaking down her wall one brick at a time; one passionate encounter at a time, all while helping her figure out who was behind the stealing of her designs.
Where to start? I loved Faith. This character reminds me of myself for most of it. She is strong, smart, beautiful, and independent. She doesn't want to be a burden on anyone, least of all her family. She puts so much hard work into the one thing she loves, her designs for fashion, and wants to make a impact. Ken is what I would call an alpha male with a soft center for the woman he can't get out of his head and heart. He made me swoon. Walters had me from the start, then a twist thickened my anticipation which I was least expecting. It kept me intrigued. I would go on a mix of swoon-festing to lusting then I would also burst out laughing at parts, coming full emotional circle with cussing out a few of the not particularly nice characters (a.k.a. the evil no-good thieving ones who shall remain quiet until you read the book). Just when I thought I had it all figured out. I had the mystery put back in when her cousin, Eddie revealed something. You have to admire faith with her steady determination to not let it beat her. You will fall in love and root for this couple the whole book. Walters definitely brought it in this book filled with romance, passion, deceit and danger. This is one series you will just keep wanting more of. I know I am already desperately wanting Lex and Eddie's books. Another good thing about this series is they can be read as stand alones. Although she brings the other characters back throughout the books, which I love, they don’t own the story playing out now. If your like me you though, you’ll want to see what part they play and will go back to check them out as well. Ednah Walters, all I can say is I LOVE THIS SERIES! Loved Faith and Ken and can't wait to see what you have in store for us next in the Fitzgerald Series.
Fool me once…Shame on you…Fool me twice…well you better watch your back because I’m coming after you with guns blazing and the ability to take you down.
Faith has had it. She about to have one of her most amazing shows of her career and an unscrupulous ex is out to rip it away from her…AGAIN. Well she will not have it. He has been a thorn in her side for years and she knows just who to call to make sure she has the proof to ruin him and his stealing ways. She calls another ex. Well he really isn't an ex; he is more of a one night stand that has never left her mind or her body alone. Cue in sinfully sexy security consultant and all around hottie – Ken Lambert.
Ken has never forgotten how Faith burned him. Never quite knowing what to expect from their night of passion, he was blindsided when Faith loved him and left him. They scorched the sheets, and her rejection of him has left a bad taste in his mouth and his body wanting much more. Faith is drop dead gorgeous, witty, and the most maddening woman he has ever met. He may have had reservations taking on this case, but he is not going to waste this opportunity for another chance with Faith. He is going to pull out all the stops and she won’t know what hit her.
Now they are working together to get the proof they need to bring down her ex. With the help of his employees, her family and her aunt’s feisty friends, they get what they need and entertain us along the way. Old pains are healed, laughter is shared, face fanning is invoked and love blossoms, and in my book that is a great combination.
Once again we get to visit the fascinating Fitzgerald family. Dangerous Love is book four in this ever growing contemporary series. Ms. Walters has written a delightful story with strong willed and fascinating characters, and the love of a great family. While the mystery is light, it is still a fun ride along the way. We know “who” the bad guy is, but finding out the what, where and why is all the fun. Along the way we get to be witness to Faith and Ken’s reluctant affair. As readers, we know they are the perfect combination to ignite the pages and keep us clamoring for more, and boy, they do not disappoint.
Ms. Walters sure does satisfy with Dangerous Love. The story is engaging and packed with goodness. A sexy couple, revisits from past characters, spicy interludes and some action to top it off. The combination is perfect and I have yet to be disappointed with The Fitzgerald Family series and Dangerous Love is another keeper for me. Can’t wait for more from this author or about this family!
Faith has always had a dream of designing her own clothes and seeing them on runways and in stores. Hard work and sacrifices sees her close to her dream becoming reality, until someone from her past has other plans. Things seem to be going from bad to worse has her nemesis does everything in their power to bring Faith and her dream crashing down. The only one that can stop it before she is totally ruined is the one person she shouldn't turn to for help. A year ago she slept with someone at her cousins wedding. A year ago she met a man she thought she could fall for. A year ago she pushed him away after one night, and it's been a year since she hasn't stopped thinking about him and their night. Ken is a PI and it's a job he loves with a passion. Born for work like this, his life is happy except for the woman he can't keep his head from thinking about. One night was all it took for a connection to be made but she was clear when she told him she had no time for relationships, only her work came first. Imagine his surprise when a year later she contacts him for help. Someone is sabotaging her business and she can't do anything but watch as it all crumbles. Fighting with his conscious Ken decides to step in and play the knight in shining armor. He didn't expect the feelings at seeing her again to be so strong and though he agrees to help bring the person behind the sabotage to justice, he vows to fight for her as well. Can Ken and Faith unravel the mystery behind the sabotages and find love? Or will everything they both want crash and burn around them?
I did enjoy this read. The characters were strong and believable (well mostly) and the book was well written. An uncomplicated love story with a touch of suspense. Why not more stars then? Well first off you knew who the 'villain' was throughout the book. It was more like a cat and mouse story. I prefer to be kept guessing at least until half way through. It did have a touch of suspense to keep the story going but I like my romantic suspense to be well ... suspenseful. I didn't feel like this book delivered in that category. The reason for all the sabotages against Faith really had me thinking at the end 'really? you went through all that for that?'. Sorry just seemed quite petty and made me feel a little sorry for the villain at the end. I would recommend for an uncomplicated read and like I said I did enjoy it but this book just wasn't for me.
I received a copy in exchange for an honest review.
This book really ticked off all the boxes for me. It was well written, well thought out, had compelling characters, palpable emotional chemistry, and off the charts sexiness. I actually haven’t read the first three books in the series, despite that I didn’t feel I missed much in this book. But I’m definitely getting the others in the series! It was just that flipping good! I will freely admit that most heroines annoy me. They’re usually weak and overly dramatic. But Faith Fitzgerald shows what a strong woman can actually do. I found her courage to be amazing and honestly I may have squeezed out a couple of tears during the course of this book. Faith is the daughter of a Vegas show girl and a Navy sailor. Her father (a Fitzgerald) comes from a very wealthy family and his relatives thought that Faith’s mother was after him for his money. Her entire childhood she has felt like an outsider in her own family even though you can see that they really love her. Faith has worked her butt off building her fashion empire when a mistake from her past catches up to her. When she finds herself in danger she decides to enlist the help of Ken Lambert (security specialist). Ken and Faith shared one steamy night of passion and then Faith ran out on him and he has decided that he’s not going to let her do it again. One of the things I loved about Ken is that fact that he’s bi-racial (Asian/American). It’s rare to see a bi-racial lead character and even rarer that he’s part Japanese. Being an Asian American myself I really loved this!! Ken is not an over the top alpha, he’s subtle. He slowly wears down all Faith’s walls with a gentle touch and I think he’s a great change from some of the caveman alphas that we usually see. Also Ken and Faith’s sexual chemistry is off the charts, at points I think I needed to fan myself! Their emotional chemistry is also quite striking, I think because both of them are the odd ducks in their family that they have a certain bond. The story was fast paced and there was tons of action and suspense to keep you entertained! I really enjoyed reading this book and I’m looking forward to reading more from this author. _________________________________________________________
Faith has been my favorite secondary character in previous books and I couldn’t wait to get to her story. It was amazing and so worth it. Faith is a very strong, independent and sassy woman, my favorite kind of heroine. I love that she doesn’t go to her family for handouts at all. It’ amazing after everything she’s went through by herself that she still flourishes. Ms. Walters did an amazing job building her character in previous books and continuing that here.
Ken, a private investigator thought of Faith often after their one night. He earns the readers respect by not going out for revenge but just going after what he wants in this book, and what he wants is Faith. She doesn’t trust easily and never relies on anyone. The fact that by the end of the book she trusts and relies on him just demonstrates what a strong, dependable male he is, not to mention the fact that he’s super hot!
The tension between these two is explodable. When they finally came together, wow! The two of them couldn’t be more perfect for each other. They work thru their differences and face all kinds of obstacles and still recognize and acknowledge their love for each other.
Ms. Walters constantly had me wondering what the two evil doers would plot next. The author definitely had me on my toes. She spins a wonderful web, one I don’t mind getting ensnared in. I can’t wait for Eddie’s book. I’m hoping he’s next!
E.B. Walters has done it again. Hook, line and sinker. This book was an awesome read. Faith had me wrapped up in her designing business. Took me a bit to get back into the Fitzgerald Family Series, due to the first three books I read quite a while ago. With that being said though I loved the characters, the story, plot and romance.
Faith doesn't believe she has ever been a Fitzgerald. After branching out on her own, she gets ambushed by her ex-boss. Her designer clothes are exquisite until someone steals them out from under her nose. Thinking she could trust those she has hired, she turns to an old flame to investigate. Ken is not your average investigator either, he's drop dead sexy hot, lean and laid back. When Faith walks back into his life he knows he has to do something to keep her this time around. Her leaving after an exceptional night of love making before will not be an option this time. He'll make sure of that!
Will Ken catch the person that has scared Faith out of her ever loving mind? Or will LAPD, Eddie Fitzgerald step in and save the day? Will Ken keep Faith right where he wants her or will Faith sneak out when he doesn't notice? The author has such a way with words, I cannot wait to read Eddie's story come together in Forever Hers.
Ednah Walters has given us another mind blowing story in the Fitzgerald series.
I was so excited to be able to review Dangerous Love (book 4) having all the books so far looking absolutely gorgeous on my bookshelf.
Ednah Walter's just has a way of drawing her readers in and keeping them hanging on her every word. This story is no exception, I was totally drawn in from just the first page. So many twists and turns, always something happening to keep you reading. The characters are easy to connect with...
Faith is a designer and as she's preparing for a fashion show in New York City she finds out that some of her work has been stolen by her EX fiance. She then decides to take action and calls in an investigator... a certain 'hot' one night fling by the name of Ken Lamber. The feelings between Faith and Ken are strong, as you read you can feel the air sizzle around you.
I was over the moon to be able to get updates about past characters, I truly loved that!
I look forward to the next installment in this series, and to were Ednah will take us. This series is a must read!! :)
4th book of wonder! OMG Ednah has DONE IT AGAIN! How does ONE author have so many incredible stories and characters to share with us? This series DOES NOT DISAPPOINT! At all. Getting a new Fitzgerald Series book is like a holiday! SERIOUSLY!
In this incredible book, we meet Faith (an incredibly lucky Fitzgerald). She is a high class dress designer that sees RED when she finds out her ex jerk has stolen her designs! She must pull out all the stops to get to the bottom of this and keep her career from being unraveled!
Ken has some skeletons in his closet, one being FAITH FITZGERALD that he has not been able to get out of his head. He reluctantly accepts Faith's request to help save her shop (no one mentioned hearts..oh wait..I JUST DID)!!
I love how all the books are connected due to the large Fitzgerald family. I love staying in touch with all the characters new and past.
Want to know what happens next? BUY THE SERIES! Seriously..they are available in paperback or ebook! You will NOT be disappointed.
read 12-28 Dangerous Love by Ednah Walters Faith is in trouble as she finds out from her customers that her rival designer/ex finance has gotten her designs and claimed them as hers. She calls on Ken who is into security to help try to find out how it was done. Her aunt and her bevy of sorority sisters want to help also. Love learning about the fashion/design industry and actually have the one who designed the outfit do the actual sewing. Other relatives come into the picture and it's always nice to hear what's going on in their lives as well. She's overheard bits of family conversation and is wondering if she's really related to any of them. Fashion week in NY was all set. Things start to go wrong and get even worse as time goes on.
Wow! I loved this story. Faith, daughter of a Vegas showgirl and army commander, is an up and coming fashion designer. Ken, an ex-FIB agent turned PI, meets Faith and the two have a hot one-night stand. A year passes and Faith needs Ken's help to figure out who is stealing her designs. Sean, Faith's former fiancee is the primary suspect. Faith and Ken come together in a sweet story and fall in love. LOTS of drama in this read! The characters were strong, well developed and likeable. The ending was good. I will definitely be reading more from this series!
Ednah Walters is a romance novel master mind! The Fitzgerald Family Series has been nothing short of incredible from the very beginning and she most definitely didn't disappoint with the Fourth installment. In my opinion the books get better as the story progresses! I love that Ednah keeps us connected to the previous characters even after new characters are brought into the story. I love every book in it's own way but I must admit that Faith is by far my favorite Fitzgerald as of yet!
this book is first book I have read from this author. that is good , ı suprised. main characters and story very good . yazarı tanımadığım için tereddüt etsembe beni şaşırtmadı açıkçası kapağını beğendiğim için okuyum dedim iyiki okumuşum güzel bir kitaptı.
I didn't finish this book although I might get round to it after I've let some time pass. I was too meh about the heroine with her bad attitude towards someone she wants to help her. It probably gets better, but I couldn't be bothered today to find out what happens to this ungracious ingrate.
I'm really enjoying this series, I love that the plots are about much more than the relationship between the main characters, this book follows Faith as she uncovers the truth behind someone trying to destroy her career, she employs Ken who is a PI to solve the case. The dual POV story telling works so well and I couldn't put it down 😁 looking forward to book 5 😍
***I own a copy of this book. All thoughts are 100% my own***
We are back with the Fitzgerald clan! We’ve seen Ron and Ashley in Slow Burn, Vince and Jade in Mine Until Dawn, Baron and Kara in Kiss Me Crazy, and now we’re with the fashionista herself Faith. Faith is having some issues with someone stealing her work, so she’s hired Ron’s friend Ken Lambert to steal into the thief’s office and steal her designs back. There’s one little thing though….there was a night a little over a year ago….right after Ron and Ashley’s wedding…yeah, it was hot and heavy between the two. Can they get past that to find the perp?
I’ve liked Faith since first reading about her in Slow Burn. She’s sassy, loyal and very loving to her family. It’s amazing to see how her mind really works and the wounds she carries with her quietly…because THAT is what a Fitzgerald does! And you know, since that’s a famous line from Aunt Viv…in every book, I do NOT like her…at all. BUT she always does that one something that brings her back into my good graces. UGH! Meddlesome woman! Anyway, I do digress. Ken has made a couple of appearances in Ashley’s and then in Jade’s story, but we really didn’t get to know the man until now. And boy do I like him. He out does Vince, and I thought that was mighty hard to do. (NO one out does Lex…sorry Fitzgerald fellas) For example:
Every time I kiss you or touch you, I’m telling you I love you.
For. Reals. I know it might seem corny, but honestly, it’s THAT sort of line that really does work, fellas! (ok, no more romance tips from me!)
This story is really good and gripping. I enjoyed this story more (only slightly!) than the others. I think it is the ol’ biddies getting their secret spy on that does it for me. They were a HOOT! And these poor men do not know how to handle a group of strong independent women. LAWL! I love it.
Ms. Walters continues to build this family dynamic. Now I’m wishing I were invited for Thanksgiving dinner but then I’m glad they’re fictional because I’d do terrible things to Aunt Viv before she had a chance to redeem herself. Then Lex wouldn’t like me and I can’t have that. There are only two more stories until this family is done. (We’re not including the Infinitus Billionaires series, unless one of the others decide to marry into Lex’s family…and well…I am not so certain Lex would be comfortable with that…yanno…considering Sloan’s Island and all…..) But we’re told we’ll get regular updates through Lex and Jillian. :) Because there are lots of babies coming! ;) So would I recommend this book?!?!? Shoot! I’m going to go on and say it, I’m recommending this whole series because Ms. Walters hasn’t let me down yet in ANY book of hers that I’ve read. So take it from me, buy the books, rent them, borrow them, but DO NOT pirate or steal them! As with any book written under her E.B. Walters pen, this is adults only.
I have to admit that so far this is my favourite book in the series :D It’s a fourth book in the series and I love it! I love Ken and just adore Faith! She is the kind of character that is just perfect for this kind of books!
My thoughts:
This book is about Faith Fitzgerald and Kenneth “Ken” Lambert. Faith is a fashion designer, who is currently preparing for her big début on Fashion Week and her collection is almost finished, she is doing the last preparations, when then her past is coming back. Her ex is coming back to her life. But not as a lost lover, but a thief. When her future as a designer is under a huge question mark, she is turning for help to only one man she knows will do anything to catch the bad guy. But there is small problem. A year ago, after her cousin and His best friend’s wedding, they had a one-stand and she simply…run away and stopped contacting him for a year. After contacting him, her feelings and passion comes back with double power. And she simply cannot avoid being pulled deeper.
I fell in love with her at previous parts when she was showing her bossy nature to Ken already. She is strong, determined and has a goal in her life and nothing, and certainly no one can stop her from achieving her. Even some of her family members, who only doubt her and causes her to doubt.
Ken, hot, sexy and extremely caring ex FBI agent, who is now a Private Investigator and trying to avoid his father manipulations to join family company. He is used to deciding about himself and have full control of the situations. Until he meets Faith. From the first day, something pulled them towards each other and after their one-stand, he couldn’t forget her and didn’t even try to hard to do so. He decided to give her time and when the occasion was given to him by Faith herself, he grabbed it and decided not to let go. Ever. What I like about him the most? That he was not convincing himself all the time that it’s only lust between them. He knew he loves her and fought for her.
The book has mystery, danger and steamy scenes. That’s what a girl needs.
And oh, Faith cousins? Can I have family like hers? Eddie, Baron, Chase, Lex together with Jade and Ash, are the perfect family every person would like to have. Problem at 2 am? No problem, they will be there. No questions asked.
This is so far the best part and I will go back to it many times.
DISCLAIMER TO MY FELLOW GOODREADER This review is my personal opinion and may contain: spoilers, quotes, rants, cussing (sometimes I cannot help myself) and a possible full on recap. I in no way want to ruin anyone’s book reading experience so please read my words with caution.
I was so hoping Faith would get her own book AND her ex is freaking former FBI Ken Lambert. As in Ron's beard friend. Excuse me? Thrilled.
The fuck. That sleaze Sean O'Neal stole Faith's dress designs. Shocker she worked for him five years ago.. Only Aunt Estelle knows why (of course). They were even engaged. Mind little blown. She wants to blindside Sean and knows Ken Lambert will help. We find out Faith and Ken spent one night together and then she never called again. It's been about a year since then and baby Ella has been born (Ashley and Ron's child).
Sean shows up at Faith's office and lays his creepy hands on her. She ends up kneeing him in the crotch and Ken bursts in at that moment. He throws Sean on the street. The older generation of Fitzgerald women and their high society friends know about Faith's trouble and want to help nail the bastard. Things escalate when Faith's store is broken into AND her employee Molly gets almost beaten to death. All signs point to Sean. Aunt Viv owns Fitz Corp which is the parent company of all the Fitzgerald's.. Eddie is now involved and thinks Deidre (jewelry designer) is someone to watch. Deidre is a con artist and has Sean wrapped around her finger. She's behind the entire thing. Since Faith's sponsor didn't want to use Deidre she has had it out for her.. Yikes. Eddie comes to save the day in the end and I'm more curious about that Fitzgerald. Aunt Viv comes around. Jade and Vince are expecting twins. Faith's fashion show ROCKS and she's engaged to Ken.
Cliffhanger – no (book 4 of series) POV - Faith and Ken
I like DANGEROUS LOVE and think it is an enjoyable read, definitely worth the time. However, for me, it does not quite reach the rather high benchmark already set by Walters in her first three books of The Fitzgerald Series. The easy flow of SLOW BURN, MINE UNTIL DAWN, and KISS ME CRAZY is missing from this book.
**SPOILER ALERT**
Faith's story is an interesting one. It definitely adds layers to a previous secondary character and builds the Fitzgerald narrative to include exposition about the success Faith achieves as a designer. This completes another piece of the family puzzle.
Coupling Faith with Ken is a bit of a surprise, a pleasant one. I was drawn to him as a character in SLOW BURN. It is nice to learn more about him, his family dynamic and his team. The torch he still carries for Faith is sexy.
Knowing each other without knowing each other is a nice plot device to enable sharing personal information to build trust, lowering of walls and the revelation to me of some previously unknown information about each character. I liked the plot twist at the end of the thriller storyline within the story. I really didn't see it coming, not just Deirdre as the lead villain but also Ken being the character in peril rather than Faith.
This book has all of the elements for a really great read but, I feel, misses the mark a bit in its flow. I have come to truly love Walters' way of storytelling in both Contemporary Romance and Young Adult/New Adult genres. I want to be clear in the fact that I do like this book, I just feel that it does not quite reach the threshold of the excellence I have come to expect. I am spoiled.

Dangerously addicting! That’s the best description I can give for Book 4 of The Fitzgerald Family series. This time we follow Faith Fitzgerald as she battles the treacherous plans of a thief and stalker hell bent on ruining her show at Fashion Week and her reputation. Faith is headstrong and independent, like all the Fitzgeralds, and she refuses to let her Aunt Viv or anyone else in her family bail her out. So of course, she turns to a very smart, very stealthy, and very sexy PI to get to the bottom of it. And Ken Lambert is all of the above. A one-night-stand between these two left plenty of unfinished business, and now they are thrown back together and things start to get good. Well, if Faith can shed her stubborn nature and Ken can hold his ground!
Full of danger, deceit, and above all, romance this Fitzgerald Family book won’t disappoint. I really loved Faith’s determination and ability to stand up for herself, and HELLO, there’s fashion! Got to love the fashion. Ken is intriguing. He’s headstrong but sincere, and family is important to him. How can you not love a man would is family oriented!? Even if his dad leaves something to be desired. The story kept me guessing, the danger and threats kept me interested, and the romance kept me fanning myself. You certainly don’t want to miss this Fitzgerald Family Novel!

I received this book as an e-ARC free from Netgalley. Below is my review.
The Fitzgerald Family series has long been a favorite of mine and this book is no different. Faith is feisty but vulnerable and she wears her heart on her sleeve. Born before her parents were married and after a rough start with his family, she feels the consummate outsider in a close and tight-knit family. Her dreams of fashion design took a bit of a wrong turn when she hooks up with Sean O'Neal, who steals her designs. But that's all in the past now and her business is picking up.
Or at least, it was. Sean's back to his old tricks so she hires former one night stand Ken Lambert to deal with the situation. Ken hasn't forgotten Faith or really forgiven her for walking out, but he has it bad for her and won't say no. So, he's on the case. With his band of highly talented misfits (his PI firm), he works the problem.
Except that the problem is much more complicated than they originally thought it was.
As usual, the mystery and suspense elements are well-done. Faith and Ken are a wonderful couple and complement each other very well. The rest of the Fitzgeralds pitch in. Ken's family is awesome. This a wonderful addition to the series.
Wow! I loved this book! Who knew designing clothes would be such dangerous work? This book is thrilling, exciting, suspenseful, fun and romantic, yet very dangerous. The characters are well played. The plot is original and the story is still in the like of the Fitzgerald Family Series. Faith is a designed whose designs keep getting stolen. Ken is a private Investigator she hires to prove it. The plot thickens and the danger transpires! Very well done!
The author, EB Walters just amazes me book after book. I am thrilled with this series and find all her books very exciting. I find myself glued to my chair listening as events unfold. The narrator, Valerie Gilbert does a great job delivering this audiobook to us with plenty of different voices and accents. She also adds emotions to the delivery. Well done ladies!
*** I won this series 1 thru 5 of the Fitzgerald Family audiobooks in rafflecopter contests. The books are so good, I just have to tell everyone about it! ***
This was my favorite book in the series, but then it wasn't.
It was my fave because I've liked Faith's character since the very first book. She is intelligent, accomplished, and confident. Ken is just a dream. Their chemistry and the story line was a definite page turner. I LOVED what significant roles Jade and Ashley played, tying the four books together. The 'Hollywood Wives' were a hoot and added so much!
It wasn't my fave because this book had too many grammatical errors, to the point where I had to stop the reading flow to reread sentences to understand what was meant. And then, in the chapter with Gemma, all of sudden Ken is called Kenny. Only during that short snippet of the book, but it was really confusing.
faith has decided to design her own clothing line and cannot wait for her first show. However little did she know that her ex was going to copy all of her designs and try to sabotage her while trying to win her back. faith rise above expectations and hires her other EX in order to trap him and also rekindled her Romance. this book is filled with suspense without being overly dramatic. I enjoyed the relationship triangle that played out. The narrator did a fantastic job bringing the story to life and keeping the reader entertained. I absolutely love listening to books by this narrator , she is hands down my favorite. I cannot wait for the next book in the series.
