This is a great book to read around Halloween, and has a large variety of both short stories and poetry. I especially liked the illustrations and visuals that went with the stories. It is definitely a book that I would include in my future classroom, especially in October. It's great for poetry projects and has a lot of potential for classroom activities.

My daughter Ella adores halloween & loves this book! The deluxe edition is a plus with it's oversized illustrations! A new tradition is to read a few every night before bed in October & it will take the entire month to do so. Worth the $!
