This is definitely a handbook style book (as if the name didnt give it away), where it is designed to sit on a bookshelf and used as a reference when you have questions... as opposed to reading it straight through. the print, and the font really stink, making the mile long sentence structures brutal. if you are looking to cure that insomnia, reading this book straight though is a good idea. the information in the book was worthwhile though.
