Not sure how to rank this book on one hand it was lovely to see an old man repair abandoned and once loved teddy bears. But the justification of being worn out because their kid owner took their frustration out on them for no reason was awkward, even if it is true what resolution is an old man apology for their behavior? What lesson did we learn?

Children hitting bears? And the bears thinking they had done something wrong to be abandoned? Heck no
