I personally find this book very helpful if you needed more insight of the design to final product process. I think it is necessary for one to read this if you’re looking to start your own label or understand the merchandise process, although this is more on a bigger scale company that will need to go through this. I’ve exposed to start-up fashion label and established company, you don’t really see that much of a process you need to go through or having that many roles in a team when you’re in a start-up company. But it is helpful to set you on track or have a few little things to keep in mind when dealing with factories.
