Very helpful in understanding the anatomy of the knee and gives a detailed description of the entire set of solutions available current-day. Having had to go through the ACL reconstruction surgery myself, I find, the hypotheses mentioned in the book are more or less in line with my experiences. I started to read this book after my ACL surgery thinking that it would provide me the rehab excercise too, it did provide me with other tips to do after an ACL surgery, but didn't served what I looked for.
On other hand it has many other useful information, I can understand why people are saying probably not a good one for kids, cause they'll be scared or demotivated.
Also, I think the best part is the ACL prevention program, looking to add that to my warm up when I return to playing football (soccer), and also gonna share with my teammates.
