This small book is a collection of simple Thai recipes accompanied by color photos of each finished dish. Many Thai classics are included. This is a good addition to the kitchen library of anyone who enjoys Thai food.

With the recipe, there are instructions on what to add or omit should you want to use a different protein or tofu or have the dish vegetarian.

I love cookbooks, I know it's not ' proper reading' but there's something about them.
Bought this one as I want to start cooking Thai food, it's a cuisine I find very appetising.
This book ticks all the boxes, lots a variation, explanation of the more unusual ingredients, and often a recipe for a vegetarian version of a meatdish. Highly recommended.
