Best known for her books under the name Judie Angell, Judie Angell Gaberman (Also wrote under pseudonyms Fran Arrick and Maggie Twohill) writes novels which blend serious emotions with humorous circumstances to explore both common and unique issues that young people face--in their families, with their peers, and with authority figures. Most of Angell's protagonists are experiencing transitions, and they tend to be clever and creative in meeting the challenges involved in moving toward adulthood.
I think this was a really good book it is about, a girl named Lucy and her brothers don't think it's fair to change there life to help fulfill their parents dream. They move from New York City to run to Scottwood Inn on the cape in Massachusetts,Lucy tries to keep her sense of humor and help her parents but it just don't work out.
All the teenagers in the book are brats, including the main character and the guests at the inn. The best part is the ghost story shared between the old man resident of the inn and the young son of the new owner.
