Really appreciated how the content itself was organized and written. As someone who has had a particularly challenging experience working with a leader in the past with unclear and ever-changing expectations who couldn't fathom the idea of adapting to the needs of those they led, this book constantly reminded me of how I can do better when it's my turn.
