What is the fundamental question? All our efforts to know may be no more than a doodle on the collective page of time. In Oasis, the poet takes something of a transcendental position anchored to a wild reality where the beast and dance of ocean swirls equally in the molecules of blood and galaxy. Survival and its cruel corollaries leave the notion of love stained helplessly into our genes.
