I'm a casual CRM user and Packt Publishing provided me with review copy of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 New Features to review it from a different perspective. The book demonstrates new features of CRM 2011 using a consistent scenario to show what's new. My experience is that some folks will really get this and be able to apply it to their company and others will have trouble. The scenario does provide a good way to demonstrate new features. The coverage of new features seemed more suited to someone implementing or upgrading CRM 2011 rather than to the average user.
