This pioneering book, based on the premise that our words have the power to transform our lives, shows you how to use language to build optimism, the key factor in achieving personal and professional well-being. Offering invaluable insights into how we limit ourselves though negative language and perceptions, this book is also a roadmap for change. Through techniques such as the Language Inclusion Process, you'll be able to leave negative thinking behind, and embrace the power of optimism. Chapters include discussions on making choices, unlearning limiting behavior, achieving forward momentum, managing anger, coping with loss, and paying your dues. This book is a must for anyone who wants to learn to "focus on the good stuff, the choices you can make in your words that will lead you to the uplifting results you desire

I should scan this book at the beginning of each new year as a reminder to speak more positively. There are three things which influence our view on life: our thoughts, our actions, and our words. Of the three, it is easiest to change our words to be positive which in turn affects our thoughts and actions.
