I love the freshness of the recipes. Although, I would have a difficult time getting many of the ingredients in my area without travel at least an hour.

I was thrilled beyond to receive a copy of this cookbook from GOODREADS giveaway! This lavish book covers local chefs, eateries and information from the Hamptons, Long island, and surrounding area. The stories and backgrounds are interesting reads and the recipes are lovely! Although they have a slant to the local region, the ingredients are not difficult to obtain and the recipes are not difficult to create. I have tried several already and can attest to the stellar results! Emphasis on fresh ...more
