I was recommended this book from another book I was reading on business growth. Or so I thought! The actual book I was recommended was 'Word of Mouth Marketing: How smart companies get people talking'. I ended up buying this one by mistake and I am delighted I did. This book is tremendously helpful with lots of practical advice and explains well why Word of Mouth (WoM) is more relevant today thean ever in an era of information overload.
