Had to read this one for work. Written as fiction, it made it interesting. However, would have been better with a mystery, a jilted lover and a couple of murders. Oh, and cops. And in the end, it didn't really apply to hospital managers which is what I pretend to be. But I gave it 3 stars because it tried really hard to be different from other business books.
