Another book that uses the cards-as-birth-readings; giving each date of the year a linking card. Some are repeated, while others- like the Joker- are unique days. The planetary system is also in this book, yet neglects Pluto. The system is meant as a revealer of one self rather than one's fortune.
The subtitle, beginning "an ancient system..." should have clued me in to where this was headed.

Using an idiosyncratic layouts- one for Earthly spread [personality traits, talents, and potential, as well as, challenges], and one for Spiritual spread[represents life in its ideal state of perfection]. One finds one's birth card, and incorporating their system, one identifies each card according to a set seven-card sequence to identify the surrounding cards with a planet. From that point, the planet/ card combination is interpreted for one's needs.
After explaining this process, the remaining 95% of the book offers explanations of one's birth card, in the Earthly, and Spiritual spread. Thus, by their logic, everyone born on the same day, has the exact same qualities, and destiny. It functions more like a simplistic natal astrology chart. If one were so inclined, it would be more beneficial to get a chart done-- they are readily available free, online.

This book was not for me. The font is small I needed trifocals to read the book. It was complex to understand the concept the explanation or as some said “The subject is vital for anyone who is into astrology, metaphysics, Tarot cards, or the occult.
