To start off, I want to say that I loved (yes, past tense) this series when it started. It was funny, it was cute and it was easily understandable! I didn't have to re-read issues to understand what was going on and the characters were easily loveable. However..........

This volume is.....well...like the previous ones. It was confusing (thankfully not as confusing as the rest of them! ... I'm talking about you volumes 11 - 14!). The problem is there is a lot that happens in this volume. Sadly, mo

Vampire Knight

I feel obligated to write a review even though the series are not finished and, I'm hoping, never end. I absolutely loved this amazing series, right after I got over the first three books or so. I loved it even more when I figured out that Yuuki is actually a vampire and a pureblood! The only thing that made me really frustrated was Zero but we'll get to that later.

How everything happened -- my way!

Warning: love triangle ahead

Okay, let's start from the beginning. I am a girl that

Great tome, but the fact that there was no scene between Yuki and Kaname together make me sad.

Vampire Knight finally turned a corner. The series is by far the most confusing of any that I've read. I still don't know where it's going or how long it's going to take to get there, but at least it finally feels like it's going somewhere.

After too many volumes where Yuki sat weak and useless while Kaname either manipulated her or wreaked havoc on the vampire world, our leading lady is actually doing something! Kaname is missing and Yuki steps in to assume a leadership role. She is determined t

Welcome back, Cross Academy! We get to finally get back to where the series started. Maybe it means the story is slowly getting back on track? After the past few volumes I had been debating on DNFing the series. This has given me just enough to be willing to continue. So the new twist to returning to the school is that Yuki is restarting on the Night class!

I feel like the story is going back to it's roots. Yuki is starting to actually DO something (even if it is small and possibly misguided at

This book was very interesting, but I think the best is still yet to come regarding Zero and Yuki's relationship in the next volume.

I'm still a fan of this story. I was never much into vampires but there are a few exceptions. Anne Rice's vampires, J R Ward's vampires, and Hino's vampires. The artwork was what attracted me to this series, and then I fell in love with Zero followed by Yuki. Now I am hooked, although reading each chapter spaced out once a month is sometimes difficult. I am determined to buy the hardcopies when I can so I can get the whole story in one sitting. :) Can't wait. I hope things between Zero and Yuki ...more

This is the 15th in the Vampire Knight series. The main character, Yuki Cross, was born a vampire, grew up a human and has become a vampire again. Her brother/fiance has gone off by himself to solve some problems but did not tell her where he was going or what he would do. She decides as the acting head of her family to take on the leadership role. That is the story in this episode. It is a fairly interesting graphic novel.

Today I am covering a very popular vampire manga. I remember that when I first started watching animes and reading mangas a lot, meaning about 2 years ago, this particular one was recommended to me a lot by my friends. I remember that I watched the anime (26 episodes) immediately, however, even though I did enjoy it a lot, I didn’t read the manga to find out what happened next. So, I don’t know what happened, but for the last 4 months or so, this manga was appeari

Volume 15 of Vampire Knight immediately picks up where volume 14 ended. Kaname has murdered two pureblood vampire aristocrats for mysterious reasons and now he is nowhere to be found. The Vampire Hunter society has arrested Yuki in hopes of finding out information about Kaname. Yuki, like the rest of us, has no idea what Kaname intends to do nor does she have any clue about his whereabouts.
I found this volume to be a bit confusing, but I did enjoy watching Yuki stand up on her own two feet. With

*I gave this series 4 stars and this review will be on every volume, for my own organizational purposes.*
Vampire Knight is a 19 volume, 93 chapter manga series. That's about five or six chapters- titled "nights", if I'm not mistaken, this entire series is consecutive, it's not hopping around from one month to the next- per volume. While it is a lot to read, it's actually a quick one. I didn't realize how little it took me to read all of this until I finished. Generally, I'd say Vampire Knight i
