Listened to for the American Literature CLEP exam.

I probably shouldn't rate this until after my exam. I found this to be an effective refresher. As someone who is familiar wih many works of American Literature but is not as well read in the area as I would like to be, I think this is an appropriate tool for those who do not have the time or inclination to read every great American work.

Later...I am extremely happy that my exam is behind me and I can now fully support this study guide. My one suggestion, based on the random questions generated during my test, study more poetry than is covered by this book.
