Only very short and not brilliant but I still liked it. I think it would have been better had it been longer as you didn't really get a chance to get to know the characters; so you didn't really care about them. I think the reunion would have been much sweeter if you did (care about the characters). But a quick, enjoyable read

This is a short story (99 pages) and a quick read about a woman running for her life not knowing who to trust. For a short story, it contained a token sex scene that could have been left out and more added to the story. An okay book that reminded me of watching a one hour police drama show that I will have forgotten about tomorrow.

Shelves: mystery-romance
In this murder mystery (with a side of romance), Jenny Fitzgerald is dealing with the upcoming holidays, her husband's recent death, and killers out to end her life. Fortunately things are not always what they seem. Although the plot was pretty basic, I especially enjoyed the author's descriptions of NYC in the winter.

I liked this book but hated the ending for it did not tie up lose ends. And the book was too short. If the book was spread out longer things could have been tied up. But the concept of the book was good but I figured it out immediately. No mystery of what was going on which was kind of sad also.

I was able to easily read into this novel but that didn't make it bad. It was written really well. Except for the ending, they just left off a whole lot of important facts.

Not a very long story, but good nonetheless. There was one decent surprise but the rest was slightly predictable.
