Amazing illustrations but the text is very difficult to read and has no cadence. Wonderful concept but poorly executed.

This is a great story about kids who march to the beat of their own drum. In this story five kids make a band out of pots, pans, and various other items. Excellent story to read to kids who want to be musicians or who are interested in music.

Good for onomatopoeia. The five children are musicians with improvised instruments. They can’t be contained so their father finds a way to accommodate their musical needs. They end up building their own band in the garage. It all ends happily.
