This was an ok book. Ir was a little preachy for my tastes. Some of the things she told me were good but most of what she spoke of was pretty obvious to me. After 90 foster dogs, several hundred transports done, and owning numerous dogs of my own, I don't really need to be reminded what my pets mean to me. Pets are sometimes better to you than the people you meet. A good doggy kiss is a better cure than medicine.

This book is very relatable. These lessons are true. I am going to apply them to my life to hopefully become more like a "dog" character wise.
