I’ve been holding onto this book because of one fabulous fish recipe, p.210. I recommend it!

More of the wonderful same as in Franey's 60-Minute Gourmet. My favorite from this one is Supreme de Volaille aux Poivrons.

A collection of recipes from the files of the New York Times. Many of them are intended for yuppies not the comman man or woman.

A collection of gourmet recipes that can be prepared in less than one hour. These recipes were culled from the New York Times. The author has included personal notes.
