3.25 stars. In this book Tommy and Chuckie are craving some attention from the grown-ups but the grown-ups focus is all on baby Dill. Tommy and Chuckie plan and try to steal the attention away from Dill but to no avail. Tommy and Chuckie only succeed at upsetting Dil. Never meaning to upset Dill Tommy and Chuckie start playing with Dill to make him happy. This in turn gave all three babies the attention they so desired. overall, this book was a quick and fun read for me. Side note Dill and Tommy's relationship was so cute.

A cute story based on the popular Nickelodeon show, Rugrats. This is after Tommy has a little brother and the adults are enthralled by everything Dil does. Tommy and Chuckie talk about how much the adults like Dil more then the bigger babies.
