I felt like all the information in this book was obvious. Maybe because I’m a teacher and have to be a leader and have been now for 35 years. I also believe in Jesus and therefore have a foundation in service to others because of my relationship with God. Service to others was a large part of this book.
The book was written in what I felt was a simplistic form. A pretend meeting was going on with a mentor at the meeting to support the success to leadership. The mentor was a teacher and I could relate to this part of the story.
This is a great book for those who are looking for simple steps/thoughts to leadership. Questions about your life to leadership.
