About the author

Tim Davis has worked as a professional illustrator and published author for thirty years. The most prolific Hidden Pictures illustrator in the magazine's history (over 500!), Tim has taught several workshops for Highlights to train others in the art of Hidden Picture creation.

He is the author and illustrator of seven children's books: The Mice of the Herringbone series and the Tales of Dust River Gulch series.

Tim regularly teaches writing and illustration to groups of all ages.

This book! Although a kids books usually, I really enjoyed it!
The adventure of Charles and Olivier was very intruding, and the small twist with Captain Tabby was very good!! :)
Definitely a great read for any age--if you like mice, that is!

12/15: read aloud to Will. He loves these mice and their adventures! I liked this one more than I remember a few years back. A fun story for me too.



Not as good as the last one, probably because it is only half the story...excited to see how it all ends!
