What I liked about this book:
1) It's filled with practical info about finding, purchasing, and managing mobile home parks
2) Easy to read
3) Not too lengthy
4) Illustrative anecdotes—the good and bad and what she learned from her mistakes
5) Fresh perspective on capitalism--she focuses on providing affordable housing and the need for people--even poor people--to enjoy the dignity that comes from owning their own home, humble though it be, while simultaneously becoming wealthy herself. And there's certainly nothing wrong with that.
What I disliked about this book:
1) Nothing. I’ve been recommending it to family and friends continuously since I finished it.
