She holds an MBA from Harvard, an MA in Public Policy from Claremont Graduate School, and is a Certified Fraud Examiner. She has extensive training in the use of visual clues and psychology to detect deception.

This is a fun book, and one I am going to bring to the office to remind me, once in a while, to shift my natural tendency to just do what I am told, what I am expected (or what I believe is expected of me, which is not always the same thing). Worth reading just to shake things up a little bit.
