About the author

Sunny Dawn Johnston is an internationally renowned author, dynamic and engaging inspirational speaker and gifted psychic medium. Since early childhood, Sunny has always know she was different and destined to do great things. As a teenager she possessed an innate wisdom, awareness and curiosity of the Angelic realm and Spirit world. While she fought those gifts for many years, Spirit ultimately won.
Over the last fifteen years, Sunny has performed thousands of readings and workshops where she’s communicated with angels, guides, and loved ones who have crossed over to the other side.

Author Sunny Dawn Johnston takes on a mighty immense subject, that of healing the body, the mind, and the soul. Enormous subject, but then she presents the information (and the real-life experiences of clients) to back up her theory. Ms. Johnston purports that each human being has access to both a personal Guardian Angel, and also to any of Seven Archangels. Her point is not to talk blue-sky theory, though, but to give down-to-earth, pragmatic, information as to how each reader, no matter her or his background, needs, or dreams, can access and work with the Archangels to achieve healing in all aspects of life.

Working in conjunction with the seven Archangels is a nine-step process, but preliminary to that is what Ms. Johnston calls the four-step process of Ask-Allow-Believe-Receive. According to the Author, working with Angels and Archangels is not limited to any particular ethnicity, religion, philosophy, or creed. They are available to any sincere seeker, and so she presents the process of meeting with them, and then working in concert with the Archangels to achieve one’s necessary healing.

Once the reader has worked through this preliminary contact, the next step is to “meet” and understand the different Archangels-Michael, Jophiel, Chamuel, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Zadkiel-and to comprehend their natures, and their position in the Divine Hierarchy. Author Johnston then guides the reader carefully through her nine-step process to connect and work with the guidance of the Archangels, and reinforces her teaching with examples from her personal life and from the lives of clients. She relates these to particular Archangels so that the reader can better understand the delineations and whom to call on for help. She also presents additional information in the Appendices, including Invocations for each specific Archangel; Prayers; Visualisation; Angel Sayings, and Suggested Reading.

I think this is a fine introduction to the subject of Working with the Archangels. It is clearly presented and carefully explained; any reader is easily able to get into the flow, understand, and then apply the techniques presented here.

A thoughtful and deeply insightful guide to working with Archangels in all areas of our lives, including career, relationships, health, overcoming addictions, and protecting our own energies.

Filled with deeply personal stories from Sunny's own journey of awakening and healing, together with feedback from some of her clients, this book introduces the reader to the Archangels. In a straightforward and accessible way, Sunny enables us to form our own, unique relationship with the Archangels, providing us with the opportunity to move forward through our lives with this spiritual support system firmly in place.

I already work with Archangels, yet have found additional wisdom and information here to enhance my own work.

The final pages of the book include angel affirmations and focused prayers/intentions/invocations.

This is definitely a book to which I will refer time and time again.

As the title sugessts, this is a 9 step process. Sunny takes you through this with her own personal stories that are very interesting along with some of her clients. I love that it's very "readable" in it's understanding and keeps you interested. I love that it guides you through to form your own personal relationships with the Archangles and you get to know and understand all 7.

I think this book is a wonderful introduction on this subject and a great book. Thanks so much to the author Sunny Dawn Johnston. It's a wonderful start to our own jouney.

Have you ever narrowly missed a bad situation and you hear the term "Your guardian angel must have been watching over you." After reading this book, I truly believe it. Sunny has such a unique voice...it's more as if you're having a conversation with her instead of reading a book. Believers and non-believers, I highly recommend you read this book. Invite the Archangels into your life...you never know what impact they could have.

1st I would like to say that I believe in angels. So I was most interested in what Sunny Johnston had to teach us about asking for healing. I thought her story of asking for healing was beautiful and easy to follow along with.

Who was your favorite character and why?
The story line is about the author teaching us to ask for help to heal from the Archangels from her personal experience.

Which character – as performed by Angie Hickman – was your favorite?
Angie Hickman voice is one of my more favorite narrator's voice's so I was very happy to get a chance to listen to another of her audio books she had narrated. She is very easy to listen to.

Any additional comments?
I think it takes allot of courage to tell a personal story like this one. It was beautiful and easy to listen to. I felt it was well worth listening too just for that alone.

I am a Buddhist and Pagan who just got my Reiki II attunement. My reiki master encourages me to work with the archangels during my reiki treatments, so I wanted to read more about them. However, I wanted a book that wouldn't try to convert me to Christianity or be dogmatic. This was the perfect book! I learned a lot about the archangels and now I feel more connected to them as spiritual beings with whom I might work during my reiki treatments.
