i bought this book at the Community Thrift Store, inscribed "To Bruce" signed by Ruth Brinker (12/22/90), the fownder of Project Open Hand.
Wondrful, mouth watering menus and recipes by leading chefs (Hom, Waters, Puck, and many more) with connecting narratives.
