I loved this book. Margot Lasher tells the stories of animal encounters she had in her life, or encounters she was told about by other people. All of them had the underlying theme that is the title of the book. The animals will teach you. I might not have gotten the same lesson from each encounter she did, but I think that is the same as any spiritual journey. Each of us takes away from the journey or experience what we need at that moment. I look forward to reading her other books. This is a simple read, but one that will stay with me for a very long time. Already now when my cat meows, I tune into the sound to see if I can catch his energy and it has worked.
