Another good and informative book by this author. Very simple to read and packed full of information.

I found sections on acidic diets very informative. It explains about changing your diet to make it less acidic and more alkali-producing diet.

This writer also includes useful addresses and websites at the end of book to enable reader to gather even more information.

She has several other books on foods to use for health such as honey, lemons, garlic and olive oil. I have added them all to my wish list.

She writes in a way that is easy to understand and makes the books user friendly which is nice when you are reading about a subject such as this.
