Good, with tips that help, but I do wish there were less of an emphasis on the work being done by the non-ADHD spouse. Perhaps it is the case that the wife (because the author IS the non-ADHD spouse) takes on more of the responsibility to make things work, but it rankled this feminist soul a bit.

I needed this

As an adult husband with ADD whose spouse has her own issues, I found even the exploration of the non-ADHD spouse elucidating.

Good read

How can anyone not see themselves as on the ADHD spectrum after reading this book? I think it should place some stronger limits on what will be acceptable and what won't in a relationship. A discussion of absolute deal breakers for each person in the relationship would be warranted. I understand that nothing can in the psychological realm can be viewed as complete or having all the answers but a discussion of where your line in the sand it seems very necessary.

This is a good book if your spouse has ADHD and your marriage is struggling. I learned a lot as well as my spouse. Where it falls down is that it focuses too much on her marriage experiences and men who have ADHD. If it's your wife with the ADHD, there are behaviors and issues that she doesn't touch (i.e., femininity).
