Totally different from Carolyn Haines' Sarah Booth Delaney books!!!!! Indian superstitions, political corruption, murder. All these elements appear in this book.

Good read. Character development is interesting. Revenge is the driving force as is truth. For every action there is a reaction.

Carolyn Haines is known for her Bone series but I love her spooky stuff too. Skin Dancer is creepy and compelling and includes horrible poachers, a brave detective and a villan too nuts to be believed. For a great read check out "Skin Dancer".

Quite a long trip to a tightly tied bow. Do yourself a favor as a reader, tear out the epilogue and throw it away.

I like Ms. Haines' darker side. I couldn't put this book down. There were times that the vivid images that Ms. Haines painted with her words almost made me sick, but that just made the story better.
