It's not bad. I just wish I could have had a bit more information or something. It was a bit weirdly focusless at first, but it kind of gets there-ish eventually. It has its cute moments, but then it gets corny, or cheesy, or trite.

This to me overall fell a little flat.

Still, it's not bad.

This short was about a werewolf and a vampire. The werewolf likes to spend time in the cemetery because the herbs remind him of the scent of the vampire that he is attracted to. Thus the title Scent Memories. The story wasn't bad for a short, free download. There is no character development, just one scen in the cemetery. One thing that bothered me a bit was the fact that the author didn't use any quotation marks to show dialogue.

I usually try to explain why I didn't like a story, but this one... I'm not quite sure. Maybe because it was all one erotica scene? Maybe because it was of a jerk-off session thinking about multiple crushes? Maybe it was because nothing really progressed? It could be expanded forward and backwards, perhaps, to draw me into the MC more, but I simply didn't get into it.

A short read about a werewolf taking time to "relax" in a cemetery, while there he reminiscences about his past/current crushes to help him "relax". While finishing up he notices that one of the people he was reminiscing about has caught him in the act.

A whole lot of too much going on. Too much back story, but also not enough. Too much erotica (the whole thing is really just an erotic vignette), but then the author didn't take it far enough. Basically a paranormal mish mash that lacked focus.
