I was surprised about this one. I quite liked it not just because the story was cute but also because we got to see Wills and Theo from Mann of My Dreams again. I had a soft spot for Theo while reading MoMD ;)

3.5 stars. This is a short about a couple that goes to a masquerade ball. I discovered later on that these characters are part of a series of shorts that the author has written, with minor characters from her full length novel. I think if you are familiar with these characters than you will enjoy this story a lot more. Even though I'm not familiar with them, the characters seemed warm and genuine and I liked Wills' strong sense of fidelity.

It was hard to follow who was talking and who was doing what for the first half of the story, and it was very choppy in general. The story was no more than a trip to a Halloween party with no threat to the HEA, no trouble, no temptation, just two guys having fun.

Perhaps for those readers who have read the story these two came from, it might be a more interesting scene.

first i thought this was historical theme but then again it wasnt its about William and Teodora. They are invited to 87th Halloween ball and they have something interesting things to explorer later on. These guys are part of an series but not read but what i read they seem lovely couple eventually will read about them.

It was a nice sample of the authors writing style, I went and saw she had a backstory of this couple as a free online read and enjoyed it very much!

A short read about a couple dressing up and going to a Halloween Masquarade Ball. For a short read it depicted the characters in a really good light and you could really feel the devotion and attraction between the 2 MC's.

I really enjoyed this, the characters and their commitment to each other. I'm gonna have to go read the other story about them that others have mentioned in their reviews!
