When I was growing up we ate the Pritikin way for several years, which means that you don't eat fat, salt or sugar. This cookbook really came in handy, as it has some really good, inventive recipes with the limited ingredients that you have to work with. I especially like the blueberry cheesecake. By the time I was 10 I was baking them by myself. I still make it from time to time.
