Fantastic cookbook! As a non-Indian who loves Indian food, I sometimes do not have the ingredients to make, what I see as sometimes complicated, Indian food. This was very easy to read, had recipes with ingredients that most kitchens would have (or run to a place like World Market and grab something quick) and was delicious. Great read, really spectacular.
