This book was recommended by a friend of Remers. I downloaded it on to my Kindle for a read while flying to Vegas in November. I will say I enjoyed the book. I rarely read westerns, but when I do, I like them gritty, which this certainly was. It is actually two separate stories with an allusion to a sequel at the end of the second. Remer does a good job of developing his characters and keeps the story moving so that you don't get bored.

I would recommend it to anyone who likes westerns.
