This is a simple little book giving good advice to help navigate the world. It suggests that you use scissors with care, that you ask before you pet a strange dog, and that you buckle your seat-belt when riding in the car. There are also several puzzles and games at the back of the book that reinforce the lessons taught in the text. This book would be very helpful in the classroom when discussing basic safety rules. Students could be asked to describe what might happen if they failed to follow these good rules.

This book covers so many simple safety rules preschoolers should know and be reminded of on a regular basis!
