Some of the instant OK with sharing and instant love kinda was hard to believe, since they all didn't know each other before.
Chek and Rodrik were together in past and Wren and Tallean have a past.
But still better than some. What I did like was that ALL 6 didn't just jump into bed together right away.
For the BDSM part(Veronica) It's only in the bedroom with Chek and Rodrik being so dominant with Connor.

typical Scarlet Hyacinth serial romance. nothing fantastic, nothing so bad it can't be finished. what is typical Scarlet Hyacinth? imagine a shorter harlequin romance but with no t&a (see, i was going to write no surprise pregnancies, but... yeah.).

out of sheer laziness, i will be using this as my template for all serials by UNLESS motivated otherwise by markedly good/bad writing:
Scarlet Hyacinth

Okay romance with some things that didn't work for me. Liked the idea of how the Bermuda Triangle works as a gateway to another world and how that world works.

Liked Connor, but didn't agree with some of his actions. He gives up way too easily and found that his character as well as the others were a bit unde develloped. But that's the risk with reading a short story with so many lovers.

Some of the scenes were very hot and others just plain weird. Also some continuity problems

Would love to see

This was an interesting take on portals to another world. I kinda liked how Connor got thrown into Uli using a storm. It reminded me a little of the Wizard of Oz. The cool thing was who was waiting for him on the other end. Five men. This took the whole multiple partners to a new level and was hot while doing so.

The only thing I can say now is that I really can’t wait to read the next book because I want to know what happens to Connor’s friend.

I feel like watching a 90's BL anime, the plot has been repeatedly abused. The bidding process of Connor's body was totally absurd. It seemed the author had no concept with money, of course, with these fictional characters, the other two MCs can spend as much as they willing to win Conner's night, no matter how affected it was.

This was a wonderful book. It spent 99% of it time on the story line and not just the sex. Some books are all about the sex scenes, and those books are good, but this book spent more time with the story and less about the sex. If you want a book with some meat to it this is the books for you.
