A true crime case that happened in my town a few years before I was born.

In 1947, Tom Pratt, an elderly widower that had married a woman forty-five years his junior, and younger than his six children, just four years before was murdered late one night. The wife described the murderer to everyone who would listen in the next few hours as a large, heavy-set black man with slicked back curly hair.
