Oooh, so that explains the cloud shapes!

Cloud Boy is lonely floating all by himself so high in the sky. He soon finds a way to reach out to the kids on the ground below with his clouds though. Come see what he creates with puffs and wisps!

This cute little cloud boy will charm you at page one. One look into those eyes so full of sweetness and sadness and you’ll be hooked. The baby blue and white pages almost float with softness. Perfect for bedtime!

A quick, little read about communicating through art.

A sweet story about a lonely cloud boy who creates cloud shapes for children on earth to see, but not particularly well-developed.

Other
"Sector 7" is a wordless book, and for that reason I would not suggest this item for most storytimes. Rather, this book would be a nice addition for a small group or for individual reading. Children delight in the illustrations and bring to life their own stories.

Book: Sector 7 / David Wiesner.

While on a school trip to the Empire State Building, a boy is taken by a friendly cloud to visit Sector 7, where he discovers how clouds are shaped and channeled throughout the country.

The bilingual picturebook of my dreams! The little Cloud Boy is lonely up in the clouds with no one to play with, so he uses his imagination and the ample cloud material to create darling playmates. The illustrations are scrumptious and bordering on works on art with a lyrical tale in any language!

This bilingual book is printed BEAUTIFULLY where the pages carry a certain luminescence about them. It's an endearing story of "Cloud Boy" and his ability to "make friends." I own it and I think it's so sweet.

I loved the art and the premise, but the ending came about too quickly and was jarring.

Such a cute book. I wish I had found this when my nephews were young. Every child (and adult) looks up at the clouds and sees shapes materialize. Great story.
